Swim/Tennis was and still is available in virtually every price point. Taking advantage of long summers and mild winters, Swim/Tennis speaks most loudly to families looking to interact with others providing both parents and kids with instant community. Also, residents collectively share in the financial responsibilities of maintaining a pool and tennis courts.

55+

Today, a whopping  34 percent of Americans are 50  and  over, and their numbers are quickly rising, as the baby-boom generation accelerates into their 50’s.

Created to feel more like 5 STAR resorts, the new 55 + communities are not where this Lifestyle Group goes to put their feet up and relax. Why would they? Here’s what one local, recently opened 55 + Lifestyle Neighborhood boasts…

“heated Lagoon-style pools, community gardens and greenhouses, fishing lakes, a tennis facility with a full-time USPTA-certified teaching professional. Two Lifestyle Directors maintain a full social calendar of events including wine socials, movie nights, trips to nearby attractions, and Grandkids day. Residents also host all kinds of events like chili cook-offs, walkabout tours and Broadway-style productions.”

Live, Work, Play

Avalon in Alpharetta, Halycon in Forsyth, Vickory Village in Cumming… this category of lifestyle living is thriving in North Atlanta, proving that the rural areas know how to get their urban feel on. Restaurants, shopping, morning yoga on the community green space, concierge services are all at residents’ fingertips.

School District Priority

There are multiple lifestyle communities where it’s all about the schools. High ranking public schools are a huge draw for some families, ranking higher on preference list than proximity to work.

Flocking to neighborhoods and specific areas that are in high performance school districts is nothing new. It’s still a common practice making parents of school aged children a lifestyle category all its own. Gail and Claire are happy to show you homes within the school districts of your choice.
