We couldn't have had a more perfect agent listing our home for us!! Gail not only gave us fabulous advice on getting our home ready to put on the market, but helped us stage it! Gail had one of the best video people come out and video our farm, which is not an easy task to do with a 5 acre farm (with a lake and barn). It's a lot to capture and she wasn't going to settle. When it came to the photos that were done, she was not happy. She called in another specialist to redo them. She was not going to settle. They made a huge difference in capturing our farm.
Gail always gave us great feedback, and worked with us as well as the buyers to make showings work. I could go on and on about Gail being so wonderful throughout the whole process but I don't have enough space to do that. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and will go the extra mile for you.
